BUG: New Panel Created When New Note
When I create a new note from the right click menu, a new panel pops up instead of using the one already present and open:

I have this happen occasionally, but not always. Not sure the rhyme or reason of when it does happen vs when it does not.

Steps to reproduce:
- Right click on a word in my bible
- Make sure "reference" is chosen
- Click "Add a note" on chosen notebook
- New panel pops up
The new panel filters by "notebook." The original one is filtered by "reference."

I followed your repro steps (thank you for those by the way) but have not been able to reproduce yet. Are you noticing this every time? Or is it more intermittent? Which Bible are you using when you do experience it?

I have the problem intermittently but had not yet reported it because I can't figure out the steps to recreate ...I suspect that it requires some quite specific original state.

It was all the time. The original pane sorted by reference. New pane automatically sorted by notebook. Three panels never opened. It only disliked the first.

I reproduced it following JT's steps:
"The original pane sorted by reference. New pane automatically sorted by notebook" (for some reason the forum quote feature wasn't working!)
`I think this is key - and may be similar to the Notes Tool opening a new instance if a different Notebook is specified.
