My Logos does not open after restarting my laptop. It only shows the starting screen and then closes again!
We need to know what operating system you are using. If you can, providing logs would also help.
Try starting with CTRL key held and sign-in.
Else upload zipped logs using the paperclip icon.
I am on windows 10 and even with the link you send (thanks) I am not able to find logs...
Still not able to get logs. I have tried system restore for my laptop to 2 weeks ago, didn;t work.
I am now looking for a way to re install logos without completely re-downloading my library. Is there such a thing?

I had the same issues this morning and spent almost 1 hour rebooting 2x and watching the synchronization window spin. I run macOS Monterey 12.4 and Logos 9.13.
Logos has finally opened but I’m still not sure what’s the issue. Sync cont to spin and won’t let me pause.

What do you mean, for example, by "sync cont to spin and won't let me pause"?
Faithlife is experiencing server issues. I've been down all morning, assuming it was something on my end. I came home to reinstall (much faster connection at home) and thought to check the server status before dumping everything. https://status.faithlife.com. Fortunately its Wednesday and not Friday, but still frustrating.

Update: Logos finally opened up after canceling sync. I've been trying that on and off all morning with no success, so it's nice to be up and running again.
Also, "fuzzy Bible search" is not working, which requires an online connection.
