Mobile app library has more books than Desktop or Web
Greetings. New to Logos. I took advantage of an offer through the Naked Bible podcast. I have an updated version of the Mobile App and it's library contains 101 books. When I utilize the Desktop or Web App they only contain 44. Biggest issue is I was using the NLT on the mobile app, but it doesn't show up on the desktop or web. I'm logged in with my account to all three. Ideas?

Welcome to the forums Jeff. I am not certain, but I think those on the webb and desktop are books that you actually own, those the rest on the mobile app are those that you are permitted/allowed to use.
Mission: To serve God as He desires.

Yes, Lynden is correct. The NLT is one of the online-only access resources available after you sign into our app. If you want to use it in other platforms, you can purchase it here.

I'm having what I think might be a similar issue. When I'm on the web version, my "Important Words" list populates. But on the desktop, it just describes what it should contain without listing anything. I haven't separately purchased the important words dataset, but I thought I had it in a package since it works for me on the web app. Do you know why I can't see it on desktop?

What level of feature sets do you own?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

It must be something very basic. It was a pack through The Bible Project Classroom in the range of $50. It doesn't show that I own the Important Words Dataset in the Store, but I can use it in the Passage Guide and Inductive Bible Study Workflow on the web version only. I don't know why it does work on the web or why it doesn't work on the desktop. Does that ring any bells?

There are a number of features and resources that are available on the web but not on mobile or desktops. With the level you purchased, I would be surprised if it contained anything beyond the basic features.

That makes more sense, thanks! I assumed I was doing something wrong to have a feature on web but not desktop.
