Please allow us to use a workflow more than once on any given passage, topic, etc.

I thought you could name it and save it so you could start fresh with a brand new template. If that’s not the case, then that has got to be one of the biggest blunder ever when they created workflows 🤦🏻♂️ I mean, why create a workflow that can only be used once? 🤷🏻♂️

That is once per passage; passages may overlap. It represents the mentality of "if you ask the same questions, expect the same answers" approach to Bible study. For certain forms of Bible study, being able to add to existing notes is sufficient.

I take the request to be one where it is possible to go back and complete the same study with "a clean sheet of paper", so to speak. It makes sense that you would expect to arrive at the same responses. But, I can see where it might be beneficial to get there without the notes from your previous study.
For me, then, it makes sense to have the option to add to previous notes or to start fresh.
I agree and my reading is that this is the majority position.
It should be a given. Just start a new one with a different name. You may have reached a conclusion now, but it doesn’t necessarily follow that you will reach the same conclusion later; especially, if you consider the passage in light of other sources or “theological perspectives.” So, yep, kind of a blunder, at least from my perspective.

Just start a new one with a different name.
One does not/cannot name the completed workflows. The name is some permutation of workflow name + passage reference. A fixed title makes matching the notes back to the workflow used easier. This was a known limitation, along with being limited to Biblical passages and a single passage, when workflows were implemented. There has been little pressure to expand judging from Feedbear and the forums.
