deleted notebook by mistake
This morning, I was going to delete an individual note in a notebook, and by mistake I deleted the entire notebook instead. I have done this before, but was always able to restore the notebook from trash. This time, the deleted notebook does not show up in trash and I am not able to restore it. This is a huge loss of work. Does anybody have any suggestions for what to do? I wish it was not so easy to delete a notebook.

I'm not a notes person, but have you tried documents.logos.com ?
To see your deleteds, you select from the 3rd menu top-left-ish. Then, to undelete, you chose an action on the right, for a selected deleted.

I guess I just needed to be more patient. A couple of hours later, the deleted notebook appeared in my documents and I was able to restore it. That was a relief!

Every once in a while I back up my entire Logos folder which will contain bookmarks, notes, resources...
I think if those folders are restored using method 3 as outlined here, you would get everything back to that point.

That method is not intended for recovery of user data because Faithlife will always sync the latest version it has and you will be no better off. The other advice is the best way to recover data.
