No videos in the updated Faithlife Study Bible
I was in Revelation and clicked on the Ephesus Wide View video, but the picture disappeared and only the sound was heard. So I then clicked on some of the other videos and the same thing. In the text of the verse, you can see a picture of the video, but once you click on the video to play, the picture disappears and all you hear is the sound.
There was no way to click on "typo," so I was putting it here to alert Faithlife of the mistake. If this was previously posted, forgive me for re-posting about the issue.

My AV is working fine in this resource. Perhaps there is another explanation for what you're experiencing peculiar to you. Yesterday my internet was the problem for me noting something that was peculiar to me and not a particular problem with Logos.Meanwhile, Jesus kept on growing wiser and more mature, and in favor with God and his fellow man.

That video is also playing fine for me. Logos 9.15 Beta 1 (9.15.0.0002) running on Windows 10.
Charlene, are you on Windows or Mac?

I'm on Windows.
It definitely is NOT the internet. I live in the area where we have the fastest internet in the nation. But I don't know what the problem is. I hear the sound. Just no picture showing in the video.
Here are a couple of screen shots...The first one is with the video with what I am assuming is the start of the video (but I have not pressed play yet). The second shot is when I hit play. The blank video is already 7 seconds into the video but all I see is a white screen.

That was it! I figured it was a setting, but just didn't know what setting needed to be fixed! Thanks!
