All my resources stuck downloading, but the content never show up.

My computer version stopped working. I can access Logos only on the web, do you know why this happened and how we can fix it?

All resources show a "downloading" description, but they never complete the process, and the content never shows up. I'm connected to the Internet. I have windows 10 and Logos 9.

I am only half techie, but I <think> this may resolve your issue:

Kill The App
Delete this single file, found at the following path: C:\Users\sh_nk\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\nt5fzfx3.hu5\DownloadManager\DownloadManager.db
Restart your computer
Restart the app

If not, hopefully a full fledged techie will be by to read your logs soon.

Kill The App

Also, delete these folders from C:\Users\sh_nk\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\nt5fzfx3.hu5\

CloudResourceManager
UpdateManager
