Factbook doesn't work.
Hi, sorry for the confusion on the last post.
I was trying to use the Factbook, it doesn't work though. I was looking for The millennium (1000 years of Christ's Kingdom) for a message preparation but the tool show no results. I tried in Logos 9 and it works good.
My setup:
MacBook Pro 2012 with Catalina
Verbum 10 Alpha 21

Welcome to beta testing. I run Verbum as my primary installation and therefore am testing L10 on Logos Bible Software 10.0 Alpha 21 10.0.0.0144 where the Factbook is working correctly i.e. L 9 & L10 give me the same results for "The Millennium". Have all your resources downloaded and indexed?

Hi, I've downloaded all the library but it still appearing empty the results of any theme I try to search in Factbook.

Continuing here, I realize that the factbook apparently did the search and I have access to the hyperlinks but they are not shown.
If you see the image the red x is supposed to be the mouse pointer, there is a link there.

Are you selecting an entry from the selection menu? Just typing in an entry and hitting enter without selecting an entry generally doesn't work. It works like the command box on the tool bar.

Hi Israel,
It looks as though you've hit some kind of bug I've not seen before. I've asked one of our developers to help us work out what's gone wrong. In the meantime, if you were able to upload your logs, that may help us diagnose the problem.

I'm trying to reproduce this bug, but cannot. Are you still reproducing this in Beta 1?

Can you confirm something else for me if this is still an issue? Are you able to load the Notes Tool, Atlas Tool, and the Home Page?
