Birthday Gift Certificate from FL

Hi,

Usually, on the 1st or 2nd of the month of my birthday, I receive a Birthday Gift Certificate from FL. First it came in English, then a few years back it came in German. No problem, the code worked anyways.

But this year, I haven't received the certificate. Did FL stop it?

I received a birthday gift certificate this month ... however, I had trouble redeeming it because the shopping cart would not accept the code ... After informing the German team at Faithlife by email, the matter was handled by someone in customer service placing and processing my desired order for me.

You can most likely find it on your HOME PAGE in both the Logos Desktop app and the Mobile app.

That is where I found mine. See this post 1198304.aspx

Try setting your Home page (The EXPLORE section) settings to include "My Logos Messages".

"My Logos Messages" is selected, but still it does not show on my Home page.

I wrote to customer service. I am sure they will fix it.

I gladly gave up the birthday gift every year by completely unsubscribing from the 10 to 12 emails i was getting EVERY DAY from Logos and Faithlife. I did that a few years ago and have never regretted the decision.

Never gotten that many in a day from Logos and I'm signed up for all of their lists.

FL sent me a birthday code.

There seems to be an issue that even though my FL Profile contains my birthday, their system does not pick it up.

Anyone who is concerned because they have not received their birthday coupon should contact Customer Service at 800-875-6467 or at customerservice@faithlife.com.
