Bug: Carson Media in iPhone cannot be closed
I opened a Don Carson video on my iphone. After it ended, even if I close it out - when I attempt to open anything else in his media collection, the same video automatically reappears, and cannot be exited. I've tried closing and reopening the app repeatedly; rebooting the phone, etc. To no avail. I can open any other resource, but if I click on the Carson Media Library from the Library menu, that same video reloads and cannot be exited from to load or listen to anything else in the collection.

I am sorry to hear that you have been having this problem.
Although you are using the Logos 9 version of our app, you do not own any Logos 9 products. This can sometimes be problematic.
As a first step, please order the free Logos 9 Basic, which is available here. Then restart your device and open our app. It might take a while for it to finish updating.
If you still have difficulties even after adding the Logos 9 Basic, please send us your logs, so that we can investigate further.
1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem”
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press “Send” to send your report.0 -
Hi Reid, to clarify, are you listening to the D.A. Carson Sermon Library (Media)? I can't seem to find a resource related to a your description of a 'Don Carson video'.
