The new Logos mobile app update keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app four or five times and the mobile app keeps crashing.
Is this on Android or iOS?
And which specific version of the OS? Which specific device?
I have a Samsung Galaxy A10e smartphone android version 11.
Same thing is happening on Kindle Fire. No problems on Samsung Galaxy M31 though.

This is the Beta version that I am running and on Android 13 Beta 1 as well.
I'm on a new Samsung S6 Lite tablet, Android 12, Logos version 9.13.0 and I have constant crashes. I've actually lost count and that's just today.
Ironically, my phone is running LineageOS 18.1, Android 11 and completely de-googled and have had zero crashes as I've left it beside me with Logos running to test. That is running Logos 9.12.0.

My Amazon Fire HD-10 Logos app started crashing on me today. I reinstalled it, but it continues to crash.

1. Open the app.2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).3. Tap Help.4. Press “Report a Problem”5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Describe how long you can usually use the app without it crashing, and if anything in particular seems to be triggering the crashes. Press “Send” to send your report.
My Mobile app on my IPad began doing the same thing today. Apparently, there is a glitch within the 9.13 update that they are trying to address with IOS devices. In the meantime, I guess we need to use the desktop version.

You are the only iOS user I am aware of in the forums mentioning issues. It may be good to start a new thread. Explain your issue clearly and provide appropriate details including steps taken.

I also have problems with my app freezing on my android phone. The only way to get it to work again is to force the app to stop and reopen it. It most often freezes when opening a new book or a passage guide.
Pressing the help button takes me back to the app with no sub menu with "Report a Problem."
