Prioritization Error?
Any idea why my prioritization of commentaries works on my Mac but some don’t get prioritized on the mobile app?

Most books are prioritized, but some aren’t. That’s just a result of not being supported on the mobile app?

Don't know why the picture is turned sideways. The first one is from my Mac. NAC commentary is where it should be in my prioritization. The second picture is from mobile. It's below the last commentary I prioritized with the books that I did not prioritize.

Unlike JT I believe that prioritisation is supported on the mobile apps.
I've just compared what I get on Windows and mobile and the results track closely (in terms of order of results). Just one that doesn't look right but I think that's probably a different issue (to do with resource type).
And, specifically, my NAC volume occurs in the same (correct) place on both platforms.
However, in general, I don't see any relationship between the screenshots you have posted for Mac and mobile. Could you confirm the second one is from running the Passage Guide on mobile and, ideally, post it again showing the guide?
And are you running the mobile app on iPad or Android?

...My memory is failing me. I <think> I meant "advanced prioritization" is not available on mobile. Does that sound right to you Graham?
Yes - I’d go with advanced prioritisation not being supported on mobile

Both are using Passage Guide. Mac vs iPhone mobile app.

I’ve just checked on my iPhone and it tracks desktop prioritisation
Can you post a screenshot showing your prioritisation settings for comparison?

Thanks
So I think an instance of what you are describing is that while you have New Manners and Customs prioritised below the NAC series, it is appearing above it on your mobile device.
I've just replicated the setting in my prioritisation settings and the resources appear in the correct order in the Passage Guide on my mobile app.
I would recommend contacting Customer Services about this - I expect their developers would need to see logs from both devices.

If it's not a real inconvenience, uninstalling and reinstalling the app may well fix the problem.

I tried, but that didn't fix it

I concur that this is a fix for many issues and "worth a try." In this case, however, I don't think so. It is my understanding that these results are all done online, irrespective of the user's device (and installation).
