BUG: 'Added' Library Filter only showing Last 30 Days
My 'Added' Library Filter is only showing "Last 30 Days" even though I've purchased resources within the last 14 days.
I noticed that even though I purchased The Universal Christ nine (9) days ago, my library is showing that all of my resources were added within the Last 30 Days, but not breaking it down into the Last 14 Days filter.
I used the {AddedDate 14d} search term and noticed that I've purchased 170 items within the last 14 days (I had bought a couple of base packages) but none of them are showing in the Last 14 Days filter.
I checked the help article on support.logos.com and it does say I'm supposed to be able to see things broken down into Today, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, and Last 30 Days but it's not displaying that way. It's lumping everything into the Last 30 Days filter.
My software is saying that it is fully synchronized and up to date (no sync error notification). What could be causing this?

What could be causing this?
Have you restarted the app? Computer? What specific version of the engine? OS?
I have restarted Logos a few times but not the Computer.
I'm using Windows 10. I have Logos 9.16 now but that was after I updated it from 9.15 today when I saw the Bug. So it was a problem before I updated to 9.16 and I was hoping updating the software would force the library to refresh and fix itself.
I first noticed the issue when I let my datasets and resources update when I first opened the software today (9.15). Then I updated the software engine to 9.16 and still had the issue. I've restarted Logos a couple of times and I still have the issue.

I restarted and that didn't fix it. Here are the logs:

I am only half techie. I didn't see anything that jumped out at me. I did notice what I assume are very complex collection rules. Is that right? It seems like the library is under load... but I dont think that is the issue.
Hopefully a full fledged techie (or a Jedi) will be by soon.

I do have some specific collections that helped me search the best resources in my library instead of the whole library. I may not need it anymore since I've taken resources off my hard drive and only have the better resources downloaded and the rest in the cloud.
But I've had those collections for a while and I haven't had this problem. I just noticed it today and I hadn't made any changes to my collections.
Hopefully a full fledged techie (or a Jedi) will be by soon.
Let's hope so. I use my library filters a lot and would like them to all be working.

This won't help any; I bought a couple resources on 8/18 and 8/19. They're rolled up into 30 days added; no 14 days. All filters (library) removed.
I've noticed the add buckets were a bit wonky before. Haven't updated to today's update yet.

Thanks for confirming. Hopefully Faithlife will see and help.

Hi Kiyah,
I've been trying to reproduce your issue and I have been unable to reproduce it. We need to get a copy of your Library Catalog database. You can find it at Logos\Data\<random file name>\LibraryCatalog\catalog.db you access it by navigating to %localappdata%.
We need you to compress the file and upload it to your preferred file-sharingg site. Then we need you to share the link, it needs to be a link that allows us to download the file without having an account.
This will allow us to investigate things.

I sent you a Faithlife message with the link.

I could also email it to you (let me know your email address) if that works better than the Faithlife message. I just didn't want to post an open-access link on the forums where everyone can access it.

Yes, me too. I finished shopping thru the 30,000 books on sale, and it corrected the 14 day bucket
I'm guessing it's on the server side ... I notice my library buckets populate, before the library info does, suggesting the info's on the servers.
