Is it possible to construct a query where the following are possible? I can't seem to get it working.

While trying this, it would be great if the Power Lookup can filter according to a query.

    Probably, but I'd simply run the two search - save each's results to a passage list then use the merge passage list. Why? because it's easier to check that the results of each step are accurate. But I'm making some assumptions about what you mean by "cross-references" which may be incorrect.

    Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    Thanks for the quick response MJ. I find it impossible though to export the results of a query when restricted to CrossReferences for Revelation.

    I don't read dark mode. However, I believe all searches have the save as passage list option in the Panel Menu.

    {Speaker <Person God>} AND  <Rev> will not do as you desire. You want to know where God's speech intersects the cross-references  i.e.

       1). {Speaker <Person God>}  INTERSECTS <Rev>

    The main part is where Jesus' speech in Revelation intersects cross-references to the OT:

       2).  {Speaker <Person Jesus>} INTERSECTS  <Gen-Mal>

    So now you have passages in Revelation. If I read you correctly, you now want to know where these cite God's words in the OT. As we can't generate a Passage List, we will have to manually add them to the first query i.e.

         {Speaker <Person God>}  INTERSECTS (<Rev 1:8>,  <Rev 2:23>,  <Rev 2:27>...)  - ->  I only added the passages that produce a result.

    But if you enter them singly you will see the OT passage from which it is cited/quoted.

    It's a multi-step process:

    1. from panel menu, open print/export
    2. from export, select copy to clip board
    3. from document menu, create new passage list
    4. add to passage list from clipboard
