My note files seemed to be arranged from Z to A [instead of from A to Z]. How could I change this?
You have to manually drag the notes into place (click the box on the LHS of the title).
Thanks, Dave, but I may expressed my problem inaccurately. That is, when I click on FILE the drop down menu provides a listing of all of my notes, clippings, handouts etc. but they seem to be in REVERSE ALPHABETICAL ORDER. Is there a way to change this?
Bill, the File menu shows items in order of how recently you have used them. It's only coincidental that they are in reverse alphabetical order for you. There is no way to sort them alphabetically or rearrange them in that menu by dragging. You can filter the list, though, to find a particular item you're looking for, by typing a partial or full filename or filetype into the Find box at the top of the menu.
A request has been put in (see and vote for it over on UserVoice) for better organization of the File menu, including grouping into file types and the ability to sort it alphabetically.
