Purchased an item but unable to access and not showing as purchased.

Hello all; as in the title, I just bought a commentary on logos because it was on sale, but it is not appearing in my library. I received a receipt email from customer service.  When I attempted to go online again, I was able to view the item and it was still listed as unowned. I purchased it again, and the same thing occurred.

    Same thing is happening to me. I purchased two items and it took ten minutes to process and finally update my library. I just purchased a different item and it still hasn’t processed after 20-30 minutes.

    Was this purchased in the app? If so, this is the right forum. If  not, you should post in the general forum. 

    If the item is showing as purchased but simply  not showing up on mobile, let us know and we can troubleshoot that

    Your current post count is at "1," which means that either you are brand new to the forums (if so, welcome! [:)]) <or> you have changed your credentials (username / password). 

    How do you "find" your purchase? The answer should be simple: Open up your software and it will be there. That assumes that you are using the same credentials that you purchased the package. 

    • Sometimes users don't go through all the screens when making a purchase, so it never finalizes. 
    • Sometimes users have multiple credentials and make purchases with the wrong account. 

    If you are having troubles "finding" your resources using the software, the first two places is to make sure the above isn't the cause of your troubles. If those don't solve your problem, please create a new thread and explain your issue clearly, providing appropriate details.
