Bug: Passage Guide Causes Logos to Shut Down

When I run the Passage Guide from either the Home Page or a Layout, Logos will shut down.

Do you use a Custom Guide or do you use the one under the heading Bible Study Guides?

I'd like you to delete any custom guide and build a new one.

To delete right click the guide and select "delete".
Open the standard PG and select "Edit guide template" from the drop-down menu under the icon on the left.
Give it a name in place of "Copy of Passage Guide" eg. My Passage Guide
Remove sections you don't want
Close the Edit template and run the PG

Delete further sections as necessary until it stops crashing. Let me know which section is causing the crash.

Per your advice, here's what I did:

Deleted and then created a new "My Passage Guide"
Started from the bottom of the list and deleted the ".com" (sermon.com, etc) options
Generated "My PG" and it worked fine

This where things got a little strange:

ran the the standard PG, and surprisingly it also ran fine with no crash
ran "My PG" again and it crashed all of Windows 7 (actually received the "Blue Screen" and Windows 7 shut down)
after re-start, ran the standard PG again and this time it crashed
I received a warning that my MS Security Essentials Anti-Virus software had been disabled.
ran the standard PG, and again all seems fine, no crash.

All seems fine now. I'm not sure if removing the ".com" options is a clue to the problem or if the AV message is related. I only got as far as removing those options. But after adding them back in, it ran fine. Very strange.

Please upload the crash logs.

Is MS Security Essentials Anti-Virus now running normally? If necessary you can use Settings | Excluded Files & Locations to stop it scanning the Logos4 folder.

The .com options were fine looking at your earlier log.

Attached are new log files. The first time I ran PG, it worked. Second time it crashed.

It's working now, but unfortunately I'm not optimistic. Seems to be an intermittent problem with no apparent pattern. I'll keep testing it and let you know what I find out. And I'll send the crash logs to Logos.
