Fresh install keeps hanging while preparing my library! HELP!
If I hover over the information icon it says "Preparing Library" and there next to it is an icon of two arrows in a circle with a ! mark in the middle. It spins a second or two and says "an error has occurred during synchronization. please try again" Every time I click on it to try again the same thing happens it spins for 1 second and then that error appears. While this was happening my disk utilization was pretty heavy from the Logos 9 process of 31-43% I have plenty of free space on the drive (50 GB) and so I'm wondering why this is happening and how I can fix it so it installs all of my library. The Logos process is using 42% of my cpu! My system is a high end gaming computer (2 years old) so I don't think the problem is with my machine. I'm running Windows 10.

I would not say that 50 GB is "plenty" of space under any circumstances. If your library is very small, 50 GB of free space may be adequate. 50 GB would be insufficent to install my library.
As for your trouble installing, please see this page: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008567331-Problems-with-Logos-Setup-or-Updating-Logos

Thanks for the help! I have freed up more space by uninstalling more games. I now have 100 GB free space on the disk. I hope that will be enough! I have 3,000 titles in my Library!!

Please upload logs using the paper-clip icon. It is important to zip the folder that contains the logs.
