Reading Plan

Good morning! I am trying to create a new Bible Reading Plan. I found one, in the community files, that would take me through the Bible in 90 days. I really like that pace, so after the 1st time through, I wanted to change to a different translation such as NRSV (first time through with this plan was ESV). The problem occurs when I edit the version from ESV to NRSV (or any other version for that matter) and start the plan... it reverts back to the ESV every time. I have tried to reboot Logos, I have tried a complete restart of the laptop, I have deleted the original plan in my documents, and nothing seems to work EXCEPT the ESV version on that Reading Plan. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you in advance!

    Hi Bill,

to simply create a new reading plan for NRSV in 90 days, follow these steps:

Click LIBRARY icon > find NRSV entry and click INFO icon > click on button "Start Reading Plan" > a NRSV Reading plan document is created.

In the new NRSV reading plan document adjust the settings such as "every day", starting date, and finish in 90 sessions (days)" and then click on "Start" to have the reading plan filled in.

Alternatively, you can open the existing reading plan document, use the pencil icon to edit the document title, click the "Edit" button,  in the settings change the resource to read to NRSV and adjust starting date, etc. and click "DONE".

Thank you, Wolfgang. I had forgotten that option was available (and the sad part is that I have established reading plans that way before). Again, thank you for reminding me that sometimes the simplest way is the best way.
