According to Customer service, "marketing team is working on sending these emails. But they are still looking at the database to see which users are eligible for this coupon.". They also said something about them being "released" (no idea what that means) tomorrow or next week, but "dont have a timeframe at the moment". So I'd say maybe in the next week or so (hopefully).

If you review the bottom of the landing page there you'll see that in order to be eligible for this program you had to be invited by email from the Logos team. See the FAQ here: https://www.logos.com/3-30-3However, it's come to my attention that there may have been a few invitations via another channel that slipped by. If you can tell me how you received an invited to the program from Faithlife, I'll review your account activity and see if you qualify for the coupon and ensure you are added. Thanks,

The website said invited by email or the Logos Desktop App homepage.
I was invited by the Logos Desktop App homepage. There was a picture of the Logos Portfolio package on there that said “Win Logos Portfolio by using Logos, click here”. I clicked there, and it took me to the 3-30-3 page.
I likely didn’t rank up enough points to win Portfolio (I don’t care anyway, I have enough books to satisfy me where I don’t need Portfolio), but I did rank up enough points to get the $30 coupon, and I’ll need it on 10/10. :-)

I check mine once a day, usually when accessing a daily devotional or reading plan, just to see if there’s anything I need to know. :-)

This is my experience as well Taylor, but Nathan articulated it much clearly than I did. I saw this same desktop card though and followed the page from there.
Like Nathan, I should have used well enough for the $30, but I'll take Portfolio instead if the coupon code is too much hassle [:P]

It was on my Homepage and I remember clicking on it. I don't remember the sign up process, but I do remember signing on frequently to be sure I qualified.

One more email I'm not receiving from Faithlife. I received the direct email from Taylor about the live event, but I never received anything on this Challenge. I just checked my email preferences and I'm signed up for almost everything - including the verse of the day. I'm not getting any of it. I called support was just told they are aware of the problem and working on getting it fixed. That was two weeks ago.
I saw that invitation on my desktop homepage and signed up for it using that link from my desktop homepage. FYI, it stayed on my homepage for many days after I first saw it and used it to sign up. If it was in error, it stayed on my homepage for many days after I first used it.
