Two Alternatives to Faithlife Sites

I want to take a moment to mention two alternatives to Faithlife Sites I’ve personally used/tested as an alternative once Faithlife Sites becomes sunset:
1. Wix: I’ve been testing the free version of Wix. I actually hand-migrated a test site off of Faithlife Sites to Wix. The migration went well. Wix seems to be popular with customers where I work, and they’re HQ’d in Israel which I like.
2. WebMate.me: I’ve used WebMate.me for WordPress hosting, plus they also have a Website Builder that’s affordable. They’re based out of Cornwall in the UK. I know all their support reps personally. They offer excellent support and are great to work with for web hosting and migrations. They also have pro web designers if you ever need one, plus email hosting, etc.
Either option should be solid for churches moving forward.
Edit: fixed formatting.

1. Wix:
We use Ministry Tracker (a Faithlife Product) for ChMS. We never migrated to Equip partially because Faithlife Sites did not offer the branding options we had on our Wix site.

Wix seems decent in my testing. WebMate is good too, especially if you need WordPress hosting.

Here is our integration of the Wix platform - https://www.flinthillschurch.net/
1.see Resources/Sermons for Faithlife Sermons in a Wix Applet
2.while not directly related to Faithlife Integration, our "watch Live" button goes directly to our YouTube Live page since Faithlife streaming is going away
3. We are currently integrated with Faithlife Giving - hopefully the new FG provider will be just as seemless.

I think Lifeway is still doing online giving as well as an option in case churches need an alternative, but the transition will hopefully be seamless.

This whole thing caught me by surprise a bit. We only recently switched to faithlife sites, and faithlife giving.
Back to square one I guess.L2 lvl4 (...) WORDsearch, all the way through L10,

I'm glad our church didn't migrate to Faithlife Site and Equip. I just hope they don't drop Proclaim.

This whole thing makes me less likely to look at products outside the bible software for sure [li].Jim Erwin said:I'm glad our church didn't migrate to Faithlife Site and Equip. I just hope they don't drop Proclaim.

Just bringing this old post back up.
The lady at servant keeper had said that our website would not need to be replaced, that we wouldn't see a difference, and then what we actually get is a generic black and white page with a form, and in black and white text at the top the churches name.
Which is dramatically different than what we were told to expect.
So we find ourselves scrambling to fix this.L2 lvl4 (...) WORDsearch, all the way through L10,

My blog at parkernathan.com is powered by WebMate. I'm using their in-house "Web Builder" on a WebMate Pro package (since that includes the SSL certificate and a few premium hosting features). So far, it's been solid. I have all the features I need without paying extra, but I don't have a bunch of complicated "fluff" to deal with either. Their support is fantastic.
I haven't decided if I need Pro+ yet with the CDN stuff. I probably don't get enough traffic to warrant it. I could have even gone with Lite, but I wanted SSL.
