While I understand the usefulness of Archive.org (I use it for reading old, hard to find books), is this OK, or does Faithlife need to file a takedown request?

Even if it were the unlocked version, it's not possible to issue takedown requests to archive.org. It is exempt from DMCA, due to its purpose of archiving stuff.

Which By the way, I do get plenty of usage out of Archive.org. I’ve found a lot of old, hard to find books on there, plus it’s saved me a ton of money in books I’d only read once. That way I can take that money and put it toward investing in books I’ll really use.
