Upgraded. Desktop app only showing some new features.
I upgraded to Logos 10 Gold, but am noticing that come of the new features are not available to me.
- The toolbar icons have changed, but the location of the toolbar remains at the top. There is no option for me to change this in my program settings.
- Print Library feature does not appear to be accessible to me in my Library.
Is this a problem on my end, or are the slamming of Logos servers affecting me?

Just checking - have you closed and reopened Logos since upgrading?
Or have you tried "Update now" in the Command Box?

I had to switch from the Beta channel to Standard in order to have my machine update. Check "About Logos" to see what version your machine is actually running.

Yes, I tried opening and closing several times. I had not tried "Update Now," but I did just try that. It said that no updates were currently available. Logos is showing that I am running version 10.0.0.0214.

I wonder if somehow only my library was upgraded, and I am missing the feature upgrade. The reason I suspect that is because online it is showing that I have purchased the Gold package, but all the lower priced packages (Silver, etc) and the feature upgrade only packages are still showing as unowned by me.

I noticed your MacOS version in your signature line seems a bit older. Did you check the system requirements to make sure you have a new enough operating system for Logos 10?

I'm pretty sure the features are tied to the Base Packages. To be sure, you could check "About Logos Bible Software" in the User Menu, and it should show you...

I do not see that line item in the program settings. At least not in that location or any other place I am looking.
I do, however, see "Add to Library" in the Library, but my only options available to me are to purchase the book. I cannot add it to the print library. Again, at least not according to the steps outline on the Logos forums here.

It looks like you have a Logos Cloud subscription/trial and that for some reason Logos Cloud isn't offering you Logos 10 features.

I purchased features but the "About" information states: "Logos Cloud" because I also have a subscription. It might be helpful if feature set and subscriptions were displayed separately.

Why can't Logos 10 just be Logos 10 features? This is what drives a lot of us (by "us" I mean me) batty. Why wouldn't ALL new features be included with ANY of the base packages (silver, gold, etc.)? Those should only indicate a library collection, not the actual functionality of the software.
That said, I purchased the full feature upgrade (no color package) and STILL can't scan in a book to add it to my print library.

You'll need to make sure you're running the latest version of the mobile app. Perhaps check your app store for updates.
