Exclusive Offer
Hello,
I was wondering as to why there is an exclusive offer for recent Logos purchasers but not for longtime purchasers. As stated on the website, if you've bought Logos within the last 180-91 days you could save about 50%, if you bought it 90-46 days ago, you could save about 75%; and if you bought it 45-0 days ago you could save 100% on a Logos 10 features set.
Why don't longtime purchasers get this offer and just recent purchasers? It doesn't seem right to exclude longtime customers who have been faithful to Logos. I would love to upgrade to Logos 10, but it doesn't seem worth it with the 30% discount currently there for me at least.

The discounts are for people that recently purchased because it would be disappointing to buy Logos 9 and then 30 days later find your version is already outdated. This is quite common in software sales. If you have been enjoying Logos 9 for the last year or so then you have been able to enjoy the latest version for some time. Logos does offer discounts in the sense that dynamic pricing reduces the cost for all products based on what you own.

You also get a 30% discount, so just think of it as also stating "if you bought Logos more than 180 days ago, you save 30%" Since the percentages for the other categories are 100%, 75%, and 50%, you would expect only 25%, so you are actually getting 5% more at 30%, so there it is!

You may be slightly misunderstanding. This is not exclusive to NEW Logos customers but to anyone who has recently made relevant purchases even if they are long time users.
