Bug: Unresponsive Library from layouts

Running L10 on the latest Android.

From an open resource I open a new panel so I have a split-screen option
The new panel show the grey plus sign
Clicking on it gives me the option to open resources
Clicking on the library tab brings up zero results.

Opening the library in its own tab work fine, but the split-screen option gives zero results.

Thanks Ali, am I right that this build has not been released? The latest beta build on the Play Store is: 10.1.0 Build 1001000170)....
