Sermon Builder: Is there a way to keep slides from generating automatically with Bible text? I input my own slides and always have to delete each auto generated slide. Having the ability to turn this ON or OFF would be helpful for me (time saver).

While asking for some new features, I sure would like to see Scriptures set off beyond just being a BLOCKQUOTE. I currently enlarge the size of the biblical text to make it stand out. (example pic below)

I have mentioned this before, but something as simple as a BLUE BOX surrounding the text, like this:

You should only get automatically generated slides if you enter a bible reference on a blank line and press Enter.

Or if you have Show scripture insertion helpers enabled and press Return after entering a bible reference.

Is avoiding both of these possible for you?

That doesn't change anything. I typically COPY VERSE - STYLED and paste. Also, when I type a passage into SERMON BUILDER directly - with those options turned off - still inserts the auto generated slide.

Is "edit" quicker than delete and "input"? I am assuming that "input" means uploading a media file.

Another question about Sermon Builder in L10...

In L9 I did not find that templates did anything... so I quit using them... Does templates in L10 Sermon Builder do anything?

xn = Christan  man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".

I've just tried this. If I copy / paste onto a blank link I get the slide auto-generated. If I do this on a line with some text already entered then the slide isn't generated.

Also, when I type a passage into SERMON BUILDER directly - with those options turned off - still inserts the auto generated slide.

And the same applies here as above

So just wanting to check whether you are inserting these references on a blank line. If so, the current software will generate the slide automatically.

And I agree it would be nice to have the option to turn this off.

Please start a new thread on this one - but they function the same as in L9 and can be really helpful!
