Question about Factbook
I open Factbook, then type in timeline it then presents list of timelines. I choose 'Old Testament Books Timeline" it then goes to screen that states that at the top of the top but is otherwise empty. Am I missing something?

That is an entry for a book. It is supposed to include a link to open the book (and could include other information as well), but it appears to be broken at the moment. I will create a case to get this fixed.

Ok thanks. By the way, what is the proper way to report bugs which I know are not user errors like a CTD? I do not want pollute the forum if there is a proper method you guys want us to follow.

The forum is a great place to report bugs. Particularly with a CTD make sure you include your log files.
