Go to the Google play store, find the logos Mobil app, and you should have an option to upgrade there.

It doesn't seem as though Android has received the attention the other sectors of Logos has. The app seems to load pop up verses slower and I am not seeing much improvement in features on my phone. On the Android tablet seems like the status quo. Both my phone and tablet have a stylus with not much to do in Logos. Hope we see some improvements and added features in the future. All Android 12.1 devices.

I'm liking the new features for linking. However, I'm having trouble changing resources, my library comes up completely empty in every place except the little books icon at the bottom of the screen, in which case I must open a new window just to get that resource, and then set up all the linking options all over again, I guess. Also, though it is turned on in the settings, I don't seem to be able to report typos. Also, highlighting is now on steroids. Even switching off the setting, it still comes up for simply touching the screen to scroll. Why???

This is a known issue. The team is actively working on this and we hope to get a fix shipped out to you all soon!
Also, though it is turned on in the settings, I don't seem to be able to report typos.
This functionality was removed when we implemented the new selection menu. We will consider adding this back in if we get sufficient demand. In the meantime, feel free to report typos in the forums.

What setting are you switching off?
For context:
- Single-tap selects the sentence/verse.
- Double-tap or long-press selects the word.
As you're scrolling the resource, the top and bottom toolbars will be minimized to give you more screen space when reading. To bring those toolbars back up:
- Click the top toolbar that is minimized, or
- Do a quick scroll ("flick").

Thank you, I wondered if it wasn't just my installation on just my smartphone. Really didn't want to uninstall, reinstall, reload all my downloaded resources, risk losing my setup, etc. if it's a widespread issue that these steps wouldn't resolve anyway.

I was referring to the Highlighting on Steroids, a k.a. "Swipe to highlight | Press and drag to highlight text" option. Thank you for the context, I'll try some more, but seemed like most everything I was doing to navigate as before was just bringing up the highlight options one time after another. Also changed the margins to get a little more control, but even with those two steps, continued to have many more issues than in the past with Highlighting.

I've never been able to wrap my mind around the typo reporting, why it's not more respected by those who offer it, and whether or not the changes are ever made. Can imagine others have already concluded it's not worth their time. Had several reports in over a decade ago that never got fixed, was told on the phone that the publisher, Nelson, wasn't wanting to go in and make the changes. Not sure the net effect of any of the others I've reported, but willing to note them within the program I'm using. (I think it would be nuts to try to reference them in a forum!). You'd think every publisher and Faithlife itself would jump at the chance to make their product more readable after some mismatch in OCR or character conversion was ferreted out and reported, free of charge, by someone not on the payroll. 4/5ths of the expense of finding and fixing them is already saved! Also noted that John MacArthur's website used to allow the same reporting, after all his secretary, as hard as she worked, didn't always understand the points he made about Greek, etc., but once Faithlife picked them up, the typo reporting disappeared on his website. Well, anyway, the settings say I can report them within the app, but you're saying I actually can't. That in itself is another typo, which I am here reporting--in a forum! Let's see how far this reported typo will go... Cheers!

Please add it back in. We get enough typo-related threads in the forums already.

Highlighting on Steroids, a k.a. "Swipe to highlight | Press and drag to highlight text" option. Thank you for the context [i.e. instructions], I'll try some more
The instructions have helped a small bit, yet there is no casual swipe down that only brings up the bottom and top menus without also highlighting the text on my Android. I expect my attempts to select for highlighting or notes to be far more deliberate. I had a little trouble with unintended highlighting before the changes, but now, it is as I've described it, highlighting on steroids. Please, please fix it back!

I'm with Anthony on this. Maybe give us the option to completely turn highlighting off. Not every Logos user wants a coloring book.
