Cannot delete (remove) highlights
I have 3 highlights associated with the phrase “after He spoke”. I have tried the “CTRL + SHIFT + K” to delete with no results on Windows 10 laptop. However on my iPad the highlights have been removed.
Have sync on both devices several times. Even used the “CTRL + SHIFT + sync icon” with no success. Tried to delete just one of highlights - unsuccessful.

Since the highlights are different colors, is it possible that you have an active search?
To find out, go to the search tool and clear the search argument field.

How do I clear these? Guess I don’t see search agreement.

In order to give you steps, what platform are you using? (Windows? Mac?, desktop? tablet? phone?)

My guess is that you have a Visual Filter that is causing this.
To check this, please turn them off for this resource - you do this by deselecting Visual Filters in the visual filter menu
If that remove these annotations, then the next step is to work out which of the visual filters is causing them.

In addition to Graham's excellent suggestion,
To open a Search panel, click Tools on your toolbar.
In the Search panel, check each kind of search (All, Bible,...) and remove anything from the Find field.

My visual filter is different than your filter. By process of elimination figured out that under “notes and highlights (corresponding) - unchecking “no notebook” cleared the highlights.

Well done
That indicates that you have those annotations set in another Bible translation and the corresponding feature is applying the same highlight in this one.

Under Bible search field was checked but that did not remove the highlights. Can I just leave the ”No notebook” unchecked? Or do I need to dig deeper?

How do I delete them from the Lexham English Bible?
Been through so many things trying to figure this out not sure how to delete them.
I have used Logos for several years but was only reading not really studying.

Thanks brothers for helping this old timer become educated.
Wished I started studying rather than just reading along time ago. Having to unlearn 80+ years of habits.Again thank you for your time and sharing your knowledge.
Blessing to both of you.

You could leave No notebook unchecked but then any notes you have in there that you won’t to appear won’t show up.
If you reenable the No Notebook item then the highlights will return.
If you hover your cursor over them it will show which resource contains the actual highlight.
Then you should be able to go to that resource and delete it there. And they then won’t show up anywhere
