Logos 10 freezes when closing a window

I upgraded to Logos 10 last week. Obviously I was interested in exploring all the features.
I selected Canvas (which I do not have - but was hoping). It opened a separate window, informed me that my package does not have Canvas. I tried to close this window but unsuccessfully. It then froze the whole Logos application. Every time I open the Logos application this Canvas window opens as a second window. Logos works fine until I try the "Close All" bottom or to try close the Canvas window.

Open Logos with CTRL key held (Windows) or CMD key (Mac) and sign-in. Create a new layout or load another working layout and your issue should be over.
