Can't you can get back issues this from Logos?
edit: Looks like that particular issue isn't available after all http://www.logos.com/search?q=back+issues+bible+study+magazine
If there is no other way then you could get "the book" containing ALL the 2009 issues:

I was stunned that there isn't an electronic version being offered!
I'm stunned they didn't announce this or offer a discount to paper subscribers, maybe it was in an advertisement I missed in the last BSM.
Yep, kind of goes against the whole buy once never pay again philosophy. I know that its a new format, but I'm just saying...
sigh

I was at a recent Morris Proctor seminar and they had some on display. One of them was this issue. It is possible they have a few, or maybe it was the only one they had and used it for display purposes. Might be worth an email to them.

I have only 1 copy of Bible Study magazine and it is this issue. I notice you live in Arkansas based on ph#. I live one state to the east. If you can't find a copy anywhere and if you want my copy let me know.
Yes, I would like to have your copy. Please let me know how I can send you the money for the magazine and the postage. Thank you so much.
