Regular Navigation Failed errors
On Android, I'm regularly receiving a "Navigation Failed" error message on tabs where resources open fine, or other tabs which appear empty:

Perhaps copying and pasting the post into a Word doc and waiting a few minutes to see if the seemingly-misfired post did go through would be a helpful strategy for you.
