Pop up Window
it well be nice to adjust the pop up window so it could be larger to fit screen, so you don't have open another window or even change the color of that popup window so you could the difference program window and pop-up window.
or it would nice even the verse window to show a couple verses before and after target popup verse window.

Is that the one that always appears at the bottom of a window when you hover over a word?

the sermon & study note popup window
I'm none the wiser as your screenshot is so blurry.
Please add jpg or png screenshots via the paperclip icon or the Amber icon next to it.

If what Robert is complaining about (rightly so) were properly handled, it wouldn't matter that his pic is blurry, because you would see immediately what he's suggesting. The fact that you can't tell what he's talking about due to the blurriness of the pic PROVES that his suggestion is necessary.
Robert, I don't have L10 at present (in desktop), so I can't determine yes or no, but you might be able to adjust the background color of pop-ups in Settings. I say "might" on purpose, since it may not be an option...but it definitely should be. Back in L3 days (ah, the GLORY!!!), pop-up notes were in a pale shade of yellow that contrasted nicely with the white background of the program windows. This is DEFINITELY something that needs to be added if it isn't presently available. Making the color of pop-ups adjustable could/should be a user's choice, but if it can't be for some bizarre reason, then the default should be some pale shade of yellow or gray.
It's probably too late to change the title and add the word BUG: to the front, but this is a significant design flaw.

I like clarity if I'm to make a meaningful comment when the user is being specific about pop-ups, especially as I do have L10!

Robert, you probably don't want to, but you change the resource backgrounds (Settings), in which case the popups can be detected more easily. Agree on sizing.
Plus be able to move the popup. Or provide Xray glasses for what's underneath.

Speaking of L3 (my previous post), the pop-up Note windows could be made to fill the entire screen if you wanted. When L4 came out, someone decided that a keyhole is all any user needs to see what is in their notes. I think the complaint was you couldn't see what was underneath the pop-up. Of course, with the application of a little differential calculus and ingenuity, a person could just move the cursor off the note icon and that problem is solved. But that's all too hoity-toity for us plebs...better to have the higher ups (FL) dictate what's best for us.

L10 (setting) resource panel background has LIGHT GRAY but is to dark at evening when our computer is on night mode, and popup can't enlarge to fit text when you have lots background room, plus it would nice even the verse window to show a couple verses before and after target popup verse window.

Robert, FL is firmly committed to their tiny keyhole pop-up window when hovering over a link, marginal verse reference, or user-created note. Most of the time you can't even see the specific thing you want to see, much less material before and after. FL simply doesn't care how important, helpful, useful, and desired it may be to users...they've made their decision and they're sticking with it.
