BUG: Resource not scrolling
This is happening with the Revised Common Lectionary, but has happened with other resources of mine. No matter how much I attempt to scroll down, either with the mouse wheel or arrow keys, it will always jump up after getting too close to the next reading.
I have a screen recording but don't know how to attach it? The paper clip icon isn't working.

It is already set to columns "None." This is not an issue of scrolling to fast with the mouse wheel. It is an issue of the resource scrolling a bit before jumping back up to where it was originally. It will not scroll past a certain point before jumping back up.

Sounds like a follower link ... but can't be.

The resource is not linked to anything else. If anyone happens to know how to include an MP4 clip in a post I'd be able to show it in action.

Thanks for the video. I tried to replicate, but did not fullly get it to do what I see in your video. Some thoughts:
- Is your ESV and Lectionary BOTH downloaded? If so, try deleting them and redownloading them.
- You mentioned seeing this on other resources. Do you know of any which for sure you can repeat the behavior? Are they only Lectionaries? (I am wondering if the unusualness of the resoruce is related)
- I did see a bit of a bounce twice... but I went through about 10 readings worth of scrolling. It only happened the twice, it did not happen consecutively in the same spot.

The problem persists with all lectionaries and all translations. I'll try removing the downloads when I have a bit more time tonight.
I have had the issue with study bibles before. I am wondering if it has to do with the custom bible translation options in these resources?
The problem seems to have a certain point in each reading that it will not scroll past. If you go quick enough and get it off the screen you can continue until the problem hits the next reading.

For clarification: I <think> you are saying that the problem exists for all lectionaries, no matter what translation you choose to see within that lectionary. Is that right? You don't have problems with the ESV NOT being shown in a lectionary. Right?

I have seen something like this before, but only on mobile.

Yes, bibles on their own work just fine. All lectionaries have the problem no matter what translation is being used in the lectionary.

What is the relationship between where it stops scrolling and the end of the lectionary reading?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Not quite sure what you're asking, but it seems there is a hang up in each reading. If you scroll fast enough to get past that hang up and into a new reading, it will have its own hang-up unless again you scroll fast enough to get by it.

As it is grabbing the Bible text from a different resource that the Lectionary framework, I would expect that there might be a noticeable pause in moving from reading to reading and day to day. If the problem was not at the end of a reading, I would suspect some other, serious processing issue.

Hi Morgan,
Thanks for reporting this and including the screen recording. We were able to reproduce as well and I am getting a case written up for this issue.

Morgan, can you tell me if you have any visual filters turned on in Jon Courson's Application Commentary? If you turn all of the visual filters off in that resource, does the problem go away?

Ah ha! Now I can recreate the problem. You should be able to get around the issue if you turn off the "Corresponding words" visual filter, or change it from "Hover" to "Click".
Thanks for helping track this down.

Yes, this has solved the problem for the lectionaries as well. Thank you for following up.
