Mobile unusable since last update. Constantly crashing
For 3 or 4 days the android app is constantly crashing. If I set a book to read later the notification at the bottom will stay there.

They are seperate bugs. I figured the latter was relevant some how.

I have the same issue on Android (Samsung M31). Usually, after around four or five attempts, the app remains open without crashing, so "unusable" is a bit exaggerated.
But the crashing happens so fast that it's impossible to create logs. So it's difficult to provide more details.

I had the same issue. The app kept opening to the resource I was reading, but I was able to fix it by quickly swiping over to my bible tab, afterwhich the app stayed open. I was able to close the resource and reopen it and have not had issues since.

I have the same issue
so "unusable" is a bit exaggerated.
But is it the "same" issue? Is it an "exaggeration?" We don't know because Chris hasn't provided any details.
So it's difficult to provide more details.
You provided some more details. We don't know anything about Chris's situation except that it is crashing.
Chris: Can you provide some of these details?
- What specific OS?
- What specific app and version?
- What specific device?
- What steps have been taken already to fix the issue?
Possible fixes:
- Killing the app.
- Restarting the device
- Uninstalling / reinstalling the app (a last resort unless easy and painless for you).

Clearing out the app storage will fix it briefly until I start opening up books.
The version of the Logos is the latest available as of this morning.

Similar problem here on latest version on Android. App crashes on opening, swiping to another tab also causes app crash.

I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem. It seems to crash if I open more than two resources.

We have released a new update on Verbum and Biblia: 10.0.4 1000049400. We are still waiting on approval from the Google Play Store for the update to be released to the Logos app. It should be available shortly, but we are at the mercy of the Google Play Store. Please update the app and let me know if the issue persists.

Thank you. I installed the new update but the problem remains. It crashes if I have more than 2 resources open after the latest update.
