In the "new" notes tool (which has been around for a while now), "folders" are called "notebooks." You can already create notebooks in the mobile app. See screenshot. NOTE: This is the iPadOS version of the mobile app, run on my MacBook Air (so it will look a little different).
would be great to be able to move a Notebook inside another notebook.
That would not be a "mobile" issue, but rather it would be a request for a feature change in desktop. (I know that you want this on mobile, but FL is not going to create this feature for mobile without making the change on desktop first).
