Search bug in the Legacy Standard
A picture is worth a thousand words:
There is no question that the LSB uses this text:
Selecting the text and using the right-click menu to search has no results, either:
For what it's worth, other versions (such as the NASB) find the phrase without a problem.

As it turns out, direct Search is not functioning at all in the LSB. I do get "Fuzzy" results, but no direct results.
I am currently rebuilding my entire index (apparently, L10 doesn't allow the rebuilding of the Bible index).

I just tried the same phrase (with quotes) and also got 0 results.

I can confirm the bug - it may be that in those cases where "vengeance" is used but not found in the LSB, it is always prefaced with a footnote marker (like b in your screenshot).

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're working on a fix and will send out an update soon.

Thanks! Just FYI, reindexing had no effect; I still get zero results for "vengeance is mine," but I'm now getting proper results from other searches and phrases.

L10 no longer uses a Bible index. 10.1 will automatically delete that file.

That would explain why it wouldn't reindex . . .

This morning's update resolved it for me as well - I'm glad for such a quick correction!

Yup. Strangely enough, sometimes missing functionality actually indicates an improvement!
