The link on this note in the beta 7 release notes does not refer to a community forum thread, I suspect it's a mistake:
Fixed crash (OutOfMemoryException in SyntaxQueryUtility) when performing a syntax search (https://devfogbugz.logos.com/default.asp?16625).
I noticed this last night. I think it's my bug though from here: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/15846/120941.aspx I suppose I should go and test it out....
