favourite side panel
I read or maybe it was watched I don't know. There's a lot of scattered content on Logos 10 on the web. I saw someone dragging over a single chunk of text or Bible verses over to a favourites folder and dropping it there. Was I mistaken. I don't see any drag-and-drop video and I'm not sure where I came across it as I have been watching a lot of different stuff and things get muddled in the brainstem.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

It could be because you were searching for the UK spelling. It's "Favorites" on the Logos wiki and website.

I don't believe "favorites:" are currently functioning in the web app. I have been wrong before.

Hi Kent, the Favorites tool is not available on web as of right now. I'm not sure what you were seeing, but feel free to reach out to in the Desktop forum for help as Favorites is on the Desktop app.

Thank you everyone for your responses. Okay, so that makes it even more confusing for me what is the difference between the web app and the desktop app. I thought the web app was a logo downloaded software(Are they referring to the mobile). Also, when I'm on the desktop "app"I don't see a favourites Side panel. I wish the lingo would be streamlined. They talk about mobile then they talk about the web app and then they talk about desktop. So I guess my question now becomes Is the desktop is just when you're using it on your computer without "an app". Then desktop app is when you download on Windows or Mac ( not mobile?)Is That known as The web app. Getting more confused. I will go check out the favourite support page although I was already there once but perhaps I missed something, it's quite possible. Thanks again everyone for your responses.

Okay, so I think I may have figured out. So the web app is actually when you're on your computer and you're not going into the logo app that That gets downloaded On the computer when you download the app. Does that make sense?

The desktop app is what you download on Windows or Mac (not mobile). Not everyone calls Windows and Mac software "apps" since they think of apps as being only on mobile devices. But these are software applications (i.e., apps) too. The shortcut "apps" came into use in the mobile era, but has been backward applied to desktop software as well.
The mobile app is what you download on an iPhone or Android phone or iOS or Android tablet.
The web app is what you run when you go (in any browser) to https://app.logos.com/. It is best used on a full screen device such as a desktop computer, laptop, or large screen tablet.
The feature set between the web app and the desktop app are fairly similar, though there might not be 100% parity between them. The mobile app is laid out differently because it needs to run on a smaller screen, but it still has the same main functionality that the desktop and web app have.

Definitions:
App = Application. Most users are familiar with the term "app" on thier smart phone or tablet, but "app" simply means "application."
Logos Web App = the application which runs on the internet via a web browser such as google chrome, microsoft edge, Firefox, or Apple Safari.
Desktop App = the application which you download on to your COMPUTER (Windows or Mac). The Desktop app is the "full Logos" experience.
Mobile App = The application which you download on to your mobile device such as a smartphone (iPhone or Android) or tablet (iPad).
