LSB payment

I had preordered the LSB, and then I got the full feature package of Logos 10. Today the LSB downloaded and I was charged the preorder price. It was my impression that would not happen since it is part of the full feature set I purchased.

    I don't think so - actually why should it be? I think the LSB Reverse Interlinear is part of the full feature set, but not the bible itself (which they put into Reformed Silver and up and some Academic packages):

    I believe the full feature set includes the reverse interlinear (when it becomes available) but does not include the actual scriptural text.

    I did the same thing, preordered it and then purchased a collection that included that resource. But I had to go and delete the preorder. The accounting computer at Logos does not know what resources you have. But FL will happily refund your money I am sure.

    I'm thankful for all of your input. The price was minimal so if I had to pay for it it is not a big deal.
