966 results with no results found in search
Trying to search a collection in the new logos mobile app. I changed the search from All to Books and then picked a collection from the Narrow Your Search pane and got a result of 966 results but also no results found…

This is a known issue, Matt. The team is currently investigating this issue. I will let you know when it has been resolved. Thank you for your patience!

Awesome, thanks Ali. Should I / can I delete the post.
Also, an issue with resource synching not working across lexicons - is this a known issue also? The two lexicons LSJ and Brill synch on windows, but not mobile

I'd say let's keep the post, so that others can see this if necessary.
In regards to the lexicons, are you referring to the error message in the Word Info card? If not, please provide more details, as I don't think this is a known issue.

Basically the Brill Greek lexicon and the LSJ lexicon, despite being linked don‘t keep in synch
Thank you for the screenshot. This is actually not a bug. We don't currently support headword panel linking. Feel free to go to Faithlife Feedback and create a post to vote for this feature to be added to mobile.

I have the same problem when “ all open books” is selected. I get a number of hits but no visible results. If I change the selection from “ all open books” to “all books” I get results and they are listed so I can click on them in the list. These results include results that are from books I have open at the time. I find search in Logos 10 on the ipad or my up to date iPhone 11 to get somewhat quirky. I believe I have had to change to fuzzy search on occasion to get none-fuzzy exact quote results that were not showing Before doing this. On other occasions I have not been able to select text and get the menu that allows copy, etc to come up without closing Logos and opening it again on the Ipad Pro. This has occurred while selecting text in the document I was viewing.

This is a known issue. It has been fixed on the iOS beta app: 10.1.0 (0079). It will be available on the regular (stable) app in just a few short weeks. If you would like to join our beta testing to get early access to new/upcoming features and bug fixes, please follow these instructions.

I'm not seeing this on my end. Can you please send a screenshot?

What resource(s) are you experiencing this problem in?

Your screenshot didnt work.
First, make sure you are taking a good screenshot: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
Second, make sure to use either the paperclip icon or the "amber" icon (to the right)

Thanks - the screen shot shows a search for “Jesus” with ”all open books” selected. The number of results is 20,627. I have several Bibles open And some other books. Under that there are no results. He statement reads: No results. Check your spelling, or try broadening your query.
I just ran another search for Jesus with the same books and bibles open and changed the search to All Books and got All Books 1,774,948 results and the results are showing.
I just changed the search ti Top Bibles and got 12663 results which are showing in the list.
27941 results now that I have changed the search to All Bibles.
and 966 results in 925 verses when I select just the ESV and this works as expected with the results in the list below.
The only search perimete not working is “All Open Books”.

I am getting the same results on the iphone.
Also, on my iphone 11 pro running ios 15.7. I am getting the exact same results on the Logos app there using the same selection of books (in my layout).

I open the layout I am needing. I am getting the same results when selecting All Open Books regardless of the layout I select or if I am on the ipad or iphone. I select search by selecting the search icon in the bottom menu on my ipad. This also happens on my iPhone 11pro in the same way. I type in the name Jesus in this last example; but this is consistent whatever I am searching for. I type return or enter. I get a number of results showing but no results — only the statement: No results. Check your spelling, or try broadening your query.
By the way - I switched off WiFi and used the ATT cell signal and got the smae results eliminating my network as being the problem.0 -

Thanks for the screenshot
One of the interesting thing it shows is that while there are 32K reults reported, the app doesn't give the number of resources these results appear in (compare my screenshot above).
I wonder if something strange has happened to your index. Try going to the home page and entering the command rebuild index into the search box at the top.
This will take some time to run but I think it's worth trying
(I think this command still works - I haven't had to use it for some time!)

Running an index rebuild does still work in iOS and that is a good suggestion from Graham (instructions below).
However, it is a known issue that "All Open Books" is not working correctly on stable right now. We have fixed this on iOS beta 10.1.0 (0079). This fix will ship to the stable app in just a few short weeks.
You can join the beta app here.
Rebuild Index Instructions (just in case):
- Enter "Rebuild index" into a resource search bar at the top (see image below for more context)
- Tap the dropdown button that says "Rebuild index" with the settings gear next to it
- Wait about 30 seconds
- Go back to your library and check the number discrepancies again

Ali - that explains one of my major problems. I have been wondering why I find myself so busy. It seems, inadvertently, I must have switch myself to 'short weeks' please give details for switching back to the longer variety.

For Android: To leave the beta, please select Leave from the App's Play Store page.
For iOS: To leave the beta, please re-install the app by going to the AppStore (links below).

I hadn't tried the Amazon App store and I think I got the right version. Thanks for the help. Perseverance was rewarded.
