Can't Rearrange My Shortcuts Bar!

It used to be a cinch to rearrange one's shortcut bar, now, not so. Is this a new feature for Logos 10? I don't find it to be a favorable re-design. Please restore the facility of the previous release. Should I go so far as to label this as a bug?

    Just for diagnostics, I tried re-arranging mine ... Verbum 10 on a Mac Ventura.  Worked ok.

    Maybe more details?  Are you talking about within folders, or across the bar?

    Drag and drop works for me in multiple scenarios. Where are you having problems?

    Drag and drop works for me in multiple scenarios. Where are you having problems?

    Ladies, I'm working in the the field depicted, and I would like to move Read Aloud to the top. I am unable to do this. What am I doing wrong? I try drag and drop as before and am unsuccessful. I provide a screenshot below.

    I have never been able to adjust the content within folders on the shortcuts bar on Mac.

    You can work around this slightly by numbering your shortcuts. Far from ideal and tedious to reorganize, but it does help me "prioritize" certain resources in a folder.
