Can't Rearrange My Shortcuts Bar!

It used to be a cinch to rearrange one's shortcut bar, now, not so. Is this a new feature for Logos 10? I don't find it to be a favorable re-design. Please restore the facility of the previous release. Should I go so far as to label this as a bug?

Just for diagnostics, I tried re-arranging mine ... Verbum 10 on a Mac Ventura. Worked ok.

Maybe more details? Are you talking about within folders, or across the bar?

Ladies, I'm working in the the field depicted, and I would like to move Read Aloud to the top. I am unable to do this. What am I doing wrong? I try drag and drop as before and am unsuccessful. I provide a screenshot below.

You can work around this slightly by numbering your shortcuts. Far from ideal and tedious to reorganize, but it does help me "prioritize" certain resources in a folder.
