some things are grayed in passage guide even with full feature set

Parallel passages/illustration/journals are grayed out in the passage guide screen. It says I have the full feature set because I have a faithlife essentials subscription. How do I get it to show me parallel passages?

This usually indicates that you have not downloaded the resources that are required for these sections to work. For the Parallel Passages section, these are listed as type Bible Harmony in your library.
