Visual Filters - No collapse all??

Just tried to "collapse all" on my visual filter.... but it's not there.... did it change or am I fumbling again?

But when all are collapsed.... then when I click on the "down arrow" then I get the following menu which shows "Collapse All".... like maybe "Collapse All" is in the wrong place?????

In the two example screenshots you show you are clicking in different areas of the visual filter menu

If you click the arrow at a "section header" level you get the expand / collapse options

if you click the arrow on a particular option within a section you get the other menu

Does that clarify?
