NET Bible version 2
The new version of the NET, version 2 in Logos is liking the notes from version 1 to the text of version 2. See example below. You can check the print version and the NET2 online version at https://netbible.org/bible/Romans+1 to collaborate my findings. Thanks for your consideration.

48 sn Possibly an allusion to Ps 81:12.
49 tn The genitive articular infinitive τοῦ ἀτιμάζεσθαι (tou atimazesthai, “to dishonor”) has been taken as (1) an infinitive of purpose; (2) an infinitive of result; or (3) an epexegetical (i.e., explanatory) infinitive, expanding the previous clause.
50 tn Grk “among them.”1

48 sn Possibly an allusion to Ps 81:12.
49 tn Or “God delivered them up to the desires of their hearts for impurity.” It is possible that a technical, legal idiom is used here; if so, it would describe God delivering sinners up to a custodian for punishment (see R. Jewett, Romans [Hermeneia], 166-67). In this instance, then, sinners would be given over to their own desires for the express purpose of working more impurity.

If you prioritize NET-1 over NET-2, then the notes will be linked to NET-1 (in both NET-1 and NET-2). I do realize that this is also not ideal...
For general discussion: would it make sense to "override" the prioritized Bible for notes within a Bible resource, to always link to that same resource? (If it has been discussed before, just ignore this suggestion.)

The ability to use the translation used by the resource had been a requested feature for at least as long as I have used Logos and I have been astonished that it has never gained traction. At the moment I am finding it more annoying than usual as I can't get advanced prioritization to work. I think that is called checkmate.

At the moment I am finding it more annoying than usual as I can't get advanced prioritization to work.
In one specific case, though!
This works for me:
ESV is my Top Bible, but the NET Notes will use The NET bible. and notes in NABRE will use the NABRE.
Note that NET Bible is second to the ESV whilst NABRE (not shown) is next.
