Is anyone else having this problem?
- When I underline or bold text, this creates a new note and anchor in the resource that is being underlined.
That is no problem. That is how the highlight and its location is stored.
You can even edit a note (or a highlight) to make it do both tasks. These Logos coders are efficient.

When I underline or bold text, this creates a new note and anchor in the resource that is being underlined.
If you open the Notes Tool, and look in it's sidebar (hamburger menu in top left of Notes), you'll see options for filtering highlights, notes, or responses (when you fill in the answer blanks in Bible studies). This way you can sort through the clutter and only see what you want to see.
