"Download all to..." mobile devices not selectable in Logos 10 desktop library
Hi everyone. In Logos 9 I could select resources from my library, click the "Info" button, and select them to be downloaded to any/all mobile devices. Since I upgraded to Logos 10 I've noticed that two of my mobile devices (an iPhone 11 and an iPhone 14) don't have the check boxes to select them as devices to which resources can be loaded. Another device, an iPad Mini, still shows in the list.
I've tried reinstalling the Logos mobile app on the iPhone 11 but it didn't help. Any ideas?

However, did you try my suggestions above?
The nuclear option would be to wipe and completely reset your device. Do make sure to delete the "devices" from the device list.

I haven't checked the version notes for the last Logos 10 update, but it appears something in that update (or one prior) fixed the issue with syncing to my mobile devices. Now each one has a check box in my desktop app and I can add/remove resources to each one as I was able to before upgrading to Logos 10 [:)]
