Logos won't start

It's been over 30 minutes since I clicked the icon. All I have is the Logos splash.

HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC, x64-based, AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-72, MS Windows Vista Home Premium.

    After rebooting Logos started up again. But when I went back to the workspace I was working on early this morning, I'd lost the colored highlighting I did (using notes); they all turned gray. I had to redo the color selection on each note to get my colored highlighting back.

    Hi can you be more specific about colored highlighting using notes? Did you mean you changed some font colors in different parts of the notes using the font formatting bar? Did you have some visual filter before and now it's not working? Are you talking about the color of the note icon or the note text itself?
