unable to install proclaim

hi, i have a windows 11 machine, i had previously instaled proclaim on it but now when i try to, i get a error message saying that proclaim installer was unable to download required file .
there are no error logs in the folder since there is no install of proclaim on this pc.

Hi João - and welcome to the forums
https://community.logos.com/forums/t/86883.aspx has a suggestion about how to find the log files in a temporary location. Can you check if they are there and, if so, upload the log file using the paperclip icon in the forum editor?
