Paul - this is neither a complaint nor advice ... but to what degree do you want Logos to spend its limited resources on status reports when you know they will report when it is complete?
Not sure about this comment. This has been logged in 2022? We are paying an arm and a leg for using logos software. Surely logos should upgrade their developer skillset or getting more resources to address issues that has been logged in the previous year?

My primary concern is that we see forward momentum in software quality, in particular on the mobile app. Given the amount of money that we spend, the previous poor quality of the Mobile app and lack of follow up (after 8 months) I felt it reasonable to follow up particularly as there are still quite a number of o/s issues without any obvious progress.
